4. Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in SAR unless otherwise noted. Brandi facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but does not guarantee the availability of any product. Refund and return policies are governed by individual seller terms.

All content on the Brandi platform, including logos, images, text, and design elements, is the property of Brandi or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brandi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
